As a customer, you have the right to return a standard rug ordered from our webshop within 14 days of receipt. To do so, send an email to info@barbarywool.com with your order number, reason for return, and a purchase or receipt confirmation. After we confirm your return request, you must return the rug within 14 days. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that during the cooling-off period, you handle both the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product to decide if you want to keep it, but it must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

Please note: Custom-made rugs, tailored specifically to your dimensions, colour, or pile height, cannot be returned.
